#1 Can anyone sign up for an account?
Yes, whether you are connected to the construction industry or just a homeowner, anyone or any business can become a member.
#2 Is there a fee?
There is no initial fee to join DirtPail.com. Everyone joining receives a FREE 30-Day Trial and FREE Lifetime Membership to use all of the great features that DirtPail.com provides. This includes listing all of your construction project needs in our Dirt and Dumpsite Listings, offerings for sale new and used construction items with pictures in our DirtPail.com Classifieds, and use of all of our other great features. Upon expiration of the Free Trial, members can continue to use these services for as little as:
#3 Do I need a credit card to start?
No. DirtPail.com does not ask for payment or credit card numbers during the Free Trial. This avoids hassles of refunding a customer who chooses not to continue with the service. Plus, we are not interested in doing business by taking money up front, and refunding it later if you are not satisfied.
#4 Is there a money back guarantee?
No. That is why DirtPail.com offers every customer a 30-day Free Trial. If you do not feel after the 30-day Trial that the service is worth continuing, why would you pay for it when your free trial expired? You would simply discontinue using the service.
#5 Is it easy to use?
Yes. DirtPail.com is very easy to navigate through, whether you want to view the current Dirt Listings, Dirt Classifieds, News Links, or any other part of the site. Updating your account is just as easy. After the member login, simply go to My Account to update your dirt listings, classifieds for sale, advertising your business, or upgrading your account. Everything you need is at the click of the mouse.
#6 What if I have problems with My Account?
Simply go to Contact Us, explain your dilemma, and your issue will be resolved no later than the following business day.
#7 Do I need a new account to reestablish service with DirtPail.com?
Regardless of whether you continue after the Free Trial or not, you are still a Member. Any inactive memberships may be reactivated at anytime the customer wishes to reestablish service. There is no need to re-register with DirtPail.com.
#8 If I am a member and decide to cancel, will my dirt projects and/or classifieds remain listed?
No. If you decide to cancel or discontinue your membership with DirtPail.com, all of your entered information would be removed from their respective listing. They would not be removed from the database in case the customer would like to reactivate their membership. Upon reactivation, all previously removed projects, classifieds, etc., would be reinstated on the site for all members to view.
#9 Can I upgrade my account at anytime?
Yes. You have the ability to upgrade your account whenever you wish. If you would like to purchase advertising, a yearly membership, you may do so. And when you upgrade your account, fees for your new service(s) will be pro-rated so you are not overcharged for the additional services purchased.
#10 How many Dirt Projects or Classifieds may I list with my membership?
As long as you are an active member, whether you have 1 or 1000 Dirt Projects, the number is infinite. You do not get charged per project. List as many as you wish. The same applies to our Classified Section. List as many items “For Sale” as you want, and you may include up to 5 pictures with each item , along with a description of that item. You will not find a better value for selling your unwanted, new or used construction items, and target the audience you want to target at the same time… OTHER CONTRACTORS!
#11 What is the Printable Waiver Form?
The Printable Waiver Form is a bonus feature of DirtPail.com. This is designed to protect contractors from making deliveries of materials to other jobsites, homeowners, etc., and indemnifying them from possible damages incurred during delivery. All too often, contractors have been sued over this issue by others who claim property damage, even if this didn’t actually occur. This form shows signed proof that the recipient does indeed acknowledge this waiver. Please check with your legal advisor regarding validity.
